Paul Fleming’s contributions this past month have been truly exceptional. He secured a major new healthcare account with a $2.7 million premium, generating $177,187 in brokerage revenue—a tremendous win for the business. He also spearheaded the launch of a new SML binding authority, setting an ambitious goal of $15 million in premium over the next three years.
Even in the midst of a hectic renewal season, Paul made time to host U.S. clients in London, strengthening relationships and elevating our global presence. Through it all, he’s continued to manage his daily responsibilities with focus, professionalism, and a relentless drive for excellence.
